Mark Peterson built a loft conversion to our house at the end of 2008. We were very pleased with his work, and would recommend him wholeheartedly, indeed I have passed his details on to many of my friends! Mark’s workmanship is of a very high standard. He and his team were very reliable; working from 8am – 5pm five (and sometimes six) days a week. They were also a real pleasure to have in the house; thoughtful, careful, and took great efforts to keep the disruption to the rest of the house to a minimum. Mark is honest and straightforward; when unexpected structural problems on our roof were uncovered (due to a previous builder), he suggested various solutions, and charged us a very fair additional price to rebuild it. The loft was completed on time and we are thrilled with it. We were sorry to see Mark and his team go, and it’s not often you hear that!

Mark first worked for me August 2006, installing a new bathroom, toilet and renovating part of the kitchen. The work was completed on budget, ahead of schedule and to a very high standard at a competitive price. I employed him again in April 2009 to re-plaster a bedroom and fit new doors and radiators. Again the work was completed to perfection, on budget, on time at a competitive rate. Mark does all the work himself, not relying on sub-contractors and starts work at 9am and finishes at 5pm, so you always get a full days work for your money. He is also very honest, efficient, friendly and polite and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his services to anyone and be happy to give a personal reference by phone or email.

Mark, just got back from my trip and wanted you to know that I am delighted with the 'facelift' you have given to the lounge and hall. The walls and ceiling look fantastic, skimming was the answer as it means they are easy to keep fresh. The wood flooring blends beautifully with all my other furniture, your choice was perfect. It really was a joy to come back and see how good the flat looks and more importantly NO MESS - I had been warned that skimming was a very messy job.

I recently employed your company to completely refurbish my kitchen and bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results. Your employees behaved courteously throughout and their work was of the highest quality - so much so that I eventually asked them to re-lay my front and back patios, which now look superb.
